Views on Advertisements

Throughout this project I found that my views on advertisements have changed because when I look at an advertisement I look at it more into detail and I judge it a lot more. I look at the advertisement from every angle now. I used to just glance over the advertisement and not actually look at it. 
I do not believe that I am a passive audience to visual arguments anymore because I now look more into detail when it comes to visual arguments. I don't just look at the picture on the advertisement, I look at the whole meaning behind the picture. 
I have definitely noticed a change in the manner that I look at visual arguments. I used to alway just look at the pictures of the advertisements but never look at the meaning it portrayed.  I now look deeper into the image and look at what the whole thing means.

ViSuAlS.

As a dedicated magazine reader I have found myself viewing visuals in many different ways. I find that it really depends on what article or picture I am viewing, depending on the picture then that it how I view my visual. I find myself being a passive viewer. 
When I look at a visual in a magazine or even in a newspaper I find myself not reading into it too much. I look at the surface of the picture, I don't go into too much detail about it. 
I like to know the meaning of the picture by just glancing at it. If there is a challenge to it then I will look more into the picture so then I would change my view and view visuals as a critical viewer. I think that everyone views everything in such a different way and thats what makes us all unique. Even if what we view is as simple as "visuals". It brings out such different characteristics in each and every one of us.
